How was this
for a CD release party?
HE DID IT:
It Officially began on June 21st at approximately
3:15 PM Jef Sarver began his second attempt at taking the
Official
world record
for the Longest uninterrupted solo guitar performance. Currently set at
44 hours. Jef held the record for a month or two in 2005. And some
48
grueling hours of pain, and sweat, and even some comedy later, Jef broke
the Official World Record of 44 hours. Big Thanks to
Potbelly Sandwich Works
for hosting this monumental gig.

kicked off Sarver's attempt with much fanfare. On June 21st, guest's who visited
Potbelly's at State and Lake between 3 and 5 making a 5 dollar
donation to the 'Old Town School of Folk Music' received their sandwich, chips
and drink, on Potbelly. And they get the opportunity to see history in the
making.
